50 Cent Going To Trial For Releasing A Sex Tape

A judge has set a court date for rapper 50 cent who allegedly leaked a sex tape featuring the mother of Rick Ross’ children in 2009.
A Manhattan judge refused to dismiss charges against Fif in the courtroom earlier today. 50 says that he was given by the tape by a man named Maurice Murray who is featured in the sex tape.
The video was posted on Youtube and received over 3 million views. Fif is being sued for emotional distress and releasing the video without consent.
