It looks like Megan Thee Stallion is officially done with the lies and taking it to the courtroom.

According to Billboard, on Wednesday (Oct. 30), the Houston MC filed a lawsuit against social media personality Milagro Gramz, accusing her of carrying out a public campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements.”

Gramz, a vocal supporter of incarcerated rapper Tory Lanez, is accused of “churning out falsehoods” regarding his criminal case. As you know, Lanez was convicted in 2022 of shooting Megan and is currently appealing his 10-year prison sentence.

In the lawsuit, Gramz (real name Milagro Elizabeth Cooper) is accused of sharing a pornographic “deepfake” depicting the “Hiss” rapper. Megan’s lawyers say this move violates a Florida statute banning “altered sexual depictions” of individuals.

Gramz is also being accused of cyberstalking, invasion of privacy, and intentionally inflicting emotional distress.

“Enough is enough,” says Megan’s legal team at the Quinn Emanuel Law Firm. “Ms. Pete – a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide – will no longer stand for defendant’s campaign of harassment.”

Gramz has responded to the lawsuit on X (formerly Twitter), saying that she had “been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion.” After posting a quote from the notice, she added, “Of course we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too.”

A subsequent tweet from a defiant Gramz reads, “Countersuit gone go crazy.”

The lawsuit comes just days after a high-profile story claiming incorrectly that an appeals court found Lanez (real name Daystar Peterson) innocent in the shooting spread across social media. That, of course, was not the case.
