Keyshia Cole Announces ‘The Way It Is’ 20th Anniversary Tour

Keyshia Cole is hitting the road to celebrate a major milestone — the 20th anniversary of her iconic debut album The Way It Is. The Grammy-nominated singer has officially announced The Way It Is: 20th Anniversary Tour. It’s set to kick off July 1 in Baltimore at the CFG Bank Arena.
Powered by AEG and Free Lunch, the North American tour will feature special guests including Lil’ Kim, Wale, Jeremih, Tink, and Fridayy joining Cole in select cities. Fans can also expect appearances from T-Pain, SWV, and Jadakiss.
Released June 21, 2005, The Way It Is delivered timeless tracks like “Love,” “I Should’ve Cheated,” “(I Just Want It) To Be Over,” and “I Changed My Mind” — co-written by Alicia Keys.
“I’m so grateful to be celebrating The Way It Is 20 years later with the fans who have been with me since day one,” Cole said. “This album changed my life, and being able to take it on the road — from city to city, country to country — is truly a full circle moment, and a blessing.”
Presale tickets begin Wednesday, April 23 at 10 a.m. local time, running through Thursday, April 24.
General tickets go on sale Friday, April 25 at 10 a.m. local time.
