1. Rio Da Yung OG – Big Ben

With a reputation as Michigan’s top punchline artist, Flint native Rio Da Yung OG has been ion a tear since emerging from prison late last year. Today, the rapper shares “Big Ben,” the newest propulsive single from his upcoming album F.L.I.N.T. (Feeling Like I’m Not Through). Produced by Rio’s frequent collaborator Wayne616, “Big Ben” delivers a torrent of rewind-worthy punchlines (“I gotta lotta money on me, that’s why my clothes big”), occasionally giving a glimpse of the hard life he led before achieving his goals (“I miss my cousin, but I miss my brother more”). Directed by 2M Digital (who receive a shout out in the song’s lyrics), the video finds Rio rhyming with his son, BabyRio, a precocious youngster with a rap future of his own.

Following recent clips for songs like “What U Spend” ft. Zillionaire Doe (currently #30 on Youtube’s trending chart), “Great Day,” (trended in YouTube’s Trending Top 20 with over 1 million views in under 10 days), and “I GO,” featuring FBLManny, “Big Ben” is the latest release from F.L.I.N.T. (Feeling Like I’m Not Through), Rio’s next album. Filled with high-octane instrumentals from regular collaborators like Wayne616, BEATSBYSAV, and Danny G Beats, F.L.I.N.T. promises the same head-spinning flows and rewindable punchlines that Rio always brings, imbued with a new perspective and focus that Rio achieved after emerging from prison in late 2024. Rio recently kicked off his “Welcome Home Tour,” his first-ever headlining trek, with a sold-out show in Detroit. The show in Detroit followed an appearance at Flint’s Harmony Fest, during which he received a proclamation from the City of Flint for his contributions to the city’s culture and community. Hosted behind Flint’s county jail, Rio’s homecoming was a symbol of his massive success, as the former inmate had a police escort parking luxury cars behind the building. Rio’s event was a special one for his whole family, as Rio’s son performed while the rapper signed autographs and Rio entered the jail to visit his close associate Big Ghost for the first time since 2021. Since Rio’s Flint homecoming, he has performed for rabid fans across the Midwest and Southwest, rhyming as enthusiastic fans shouted his lyrics back at him.

2. OBN Jay – New Wave

Fresh off a run of high-energy bangers, OBN Jay returns with “New Wave,” a confident, vibrant new single out now via MNRK Music Group. 4. Skillibeng – DADA

5. Shvfty – Savage

7. Anysia Kym & Tony Seltzer – Speedrun

Bronx-born, Brooklyn-based artist Anysia Kym announces her new collaborative album with renowned NYC producer Tony Seltzer, Purity, out September 12th via 10k. Alongside the announcement, Anysia and Tony are sharing the album’s lead single “Speedrun” with an accompanying music video directed by Standby Projects and Anysia performing choreography by Lambkin on a quiet, South London street at dusk.

Purity is the byproduct of a naturally budding creative relationship between Anysia and Tony, who bonded over their mutual love of the drums when they first met while the producer was working with MIKE on Pinball. Together, they push each other into new territory musically, with Anysia growing in her stature as a singer and Tony bringing core elements of Anysia’s sonic identity into his production. Anysia’s ambitious and ever-expanding range as a vocalist, songwriter and musician is on full display on Purity, as she traverses the otherworldly sonic landscape she built with Tony. She’s writing pointed songs that are direct and accessible, but still embody a sense of tenderness, like “Speedrun”, which pleads a lover to take a risk on her.

Beginning her musical career as a drummer in the chameleonic NYC band Blair, Anysia has carved out a distinctive sound of her own within New York’s underground landscape through her growing production palette that draws from jungle, drum n bass, and soulful R&B. Anysia found kindred spirits in her 10k labelmates MIKE, Sideshow and Niontay, and honed her musical skillset as a producer with 2022’s Soliloquy and 2023’s Pressure Sensitive. With her 2024 project Truest, Anysia confidently planted her voice in the foreground of her production for the first time, which Pitchfork praised as showing “flashes of a star in the making.” Most recently, she collaborated with critically-acclaimed UK producer Loraine James on their joint Clandestine EP released earlier this year via 10k.  

Tony Seltzer’s prolific catalog of work over the past decade has made him a household name in the NYC underground scene and beyond, with production credits ranging from Princess Nokia and Jay Critch to Eartheater, earning him platinum and gold records. Most recently, he released the sequel to his celebrated collaborative album with MIKE, Pinball II, earlier this year. Rolling Stone praised Tony’s “energetic, synth-driven production” for unlocking a new creative pathway for MIKE across the two Pinball projects, which is yet another testament to Tony’s ability to challenge his collaborators to explore their limits sonically.

8. TA Thomas – Outside Man

Turning heads with swagger, style, and substance, rising R&B singer-songwriter TA Thomas uncovers a soulful new single entitled “Outside Man” available now via High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings.

The upbeat track revolves around steady handclaps, booming horns, and a head-nodding bassline. It’s the perfect backdrop for TA Thomas to flaunt his impressive vocal range. 9. Disclosure & Anderson .Paak – No Cap

Today, multi-platinum duo Disclosure unleash their monumental new collaboration “NO CAP” featuring multi-hyphenate superstar Anderson .Paak, out now via Disorder / Capitol Records. “NO CAP” returns to Disclosure’s world-conquering pop sensibilities without giving an inch on the dance floor. Yonkers emcee and film aficionado Iman Nunez is back with a captivating visual tribute to classic romance in his latest release, “You and Me,” featuring Abby Jasmine. Inspired by the timeless charm of the 1995 rom-com Before Sunrise, starring Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy, the music video takes viewers on a nostalgic journey through New York City’s vibrant landscapes.

In “You and Me,” Iman Nunez and Abby Jasmine’s chemistry unfolds amidst the backdrop of a bustling record shop, where they playfully engage with each other while browsing vinyls. 12. DJ Premier & Roc Marciano – The Coldest Profession

The moment hip-hop fans have been eagerly anticipating is finally here, as two of hip-hop’s most revered architects—DJ Premier and Roc Marciano—have joined forces to give the people what they want with their new collaborative project, The Coldest Profession, which is now available.  

A true icon, DJ Premier (who also just announced the “He’s The Preemo I’m The Chemist” European Tour This Winter With The Alchemist) is one of the most influential and genre-pushing producers of all time.  Roc Marciano often credited with laying the foundation for the modern underground renaissance, is one of the most influential multi-hyphenates (rapper/producer) artists of the last decade.

13. Lady London – Rotation

Ready to heat up summer 2025 to a boiling point, acclaimed rapper Lady London reveals a knockout new single entitled “Rotation” available now via High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings. Listen HERE.
 
The track’s soulful sample sizzles beneath the synth-laden beat. Lady London pulls up with a slick and swaggering flow driven by her dynamic delivery. 32. Sugarhill Ddot, BabyChiefDoit & Baby Kia -Crashouts

Today, Harlem rap sensation Sugarhill Ddot teams with fellow rising stars BabyChiefDoit and Baby Kia for “Crashouts,” a raucous posse cut out now via Priority Records. The new single keeps the energy high as Sugarhill Ddot comes off of the hotly tipped U.S. New Wave Tour 2025 triple-header with STAR BANDZ and DD Osama. Listen to “Crashouts” HERE. 

Built on producer Jaylap’s massive horns, keys, bass, and drums, “Crashouts” feels made for the stage. The beat stomps out the gate while the three rappers gleefully trade confident bars from on top of the world. As the wild adlibs and rapid bars fly, they warn anyone that stands in their way.

33. Domani ft. K Camp – I Want You

Rising Atlanta artist Domani is back with a new single, “I Want You,” featuring fellow Atlanta native K Camp. The track, which was world premiered on Sirius XM Hip Hop Nation on Thursday, is an infectious and rhythmic addition to Domani’s growing catalog and will be featured on a forthcoming, currently unnamed project.

“I Want You” showcases Domani’s smooth vocals and introspective lyricism, while K Camp’s verse adds a perfect layer of his signature sound. The collaboration is a natural fit, highlighting the undeniable chemistry between the two artists.
